Transfer of land at Plot E2 Hengrove Bookends to Goram Homes and entering of a Development Agreement between Goram and HRA to deliver a mixed-use scheme comprising 53 affordable units and ground floor commercial.

To enable release of Council owned sites to Goram Homes so to further build the company’s development pipeline and increase the supply of high quality affordable and market sale housing for the benefit of the whole of the city and to meet corporate objectives.
