Education Capital Programme: SEND Wave 2 - Extension and Refurbishment of Harry Crook Centre
The project is part of the SEND Wave 2
Education Capital programme. The programme originally received
Cabinet approval on 6th September 2022 with costs re-baselined at
Cabinet in September 2023 where delegated authority was given to
Executive Director Children and Education to use basic need, High
Needs grant and schools Condition allowance to create additional
SEND pupil places across Bristol including the letting of contracts
in excess of £1 million. The Children
