Quarterly Children and Education Transformation Update

 

 

1. To seek approval of an addendum to the Families First business case setting out the changed cost / benefit profile for the programme and to provide an update on the work being undertaken to mobilise the Families First programme.

2. To provide an update on the wider set of programmes and projects that together will constitute the Children and Education Directorate’s Transformation and Savings Portfolio in 2025/26.
