Callowhill Court – consolidation of leases

 

 

Approval for the Council to merge the existing 26 long lease agreements currently held by Bristol Alliance from the Council, into a single new consolidated lease agreement, on the terms described in this paper, in order to enable the future redevelopment of Callowhill Court; and for the Strategic Director – Place to approve the contract terms.
