5. PMDS CO-ORDINATING/ MONITORING

- to consider the report and make observations on the PMDS scheme and scores summarised for the year ending 2010.

6. NJC CAR MILEAGE ALLOWANCES - VAT INCREASE

- to note the changes to VAT and recommendation for mileage allowances to remain unchanged. Further, to consider whether the VAT increase should be passed onto employees.

8. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC

Recommended - that under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the meeting for the consideration of the following items, on the ground that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Part I of Schedule 12A to the Act (as amended).

BRISTOL CITY COUNCIL IS FULLY COMMITTED TO OPENNESS.
