Purpose:
The costs associated with the development of
the pilot Liveable Neighbourhood project have increased and
additional funding has been awarded by the funding body,
WECA.
Decision:
The decision has been made to accept an
additional £278k, following a successful change request to
the West of England Combined Authority. This funding will be used
to develop the Outline Business Case and community
engagement.
Alternative options considered:
Option 1 - Alternative options included
pausing the project and community engagement until an alternative
funding source could be sought. This was rejected as additional
funding was available within the TCF envelope.
