Purpose:

Bristol City Council’s Cabinet in February 2021 agreed to “Authorise the Executive Director Growth

Decision:

Authorisation of spend of £281,000 to support the relocation of Southmead Library from it’s current site to Southmead House, to include the acceptance of a £148,808 construction works tender (Creative Constructive South West Ltd). This spend is to be incurred from an existing £7m budget allocation approved by Cabinet.

Decision made in accordance with Cabinet approval and advice received from Facilities Management and Library Services Team.
