Purpose:

Buro Happold have been identified as the preferred supplier of these services through a compliant and best value route to market using the Fusion 21 framework.

Decision:

For Bristol to enter into contract with Buro Happold to carry out the District Energy consultancy services for 6 sites in Plymouth. The services to be funded by Bristol’s ELENA grant. The scope of works have been set out by Plymouth CC in their tender documents, which were published through the Fusion 21 Framework.
