Purpose:
Fleet Services are seeking to award a contract
to provide up to 30 new electric vehicles, for the Centre of
Excellence grant funded project. The tendering exercise was
undertaken using the Procurement Partnership Ltd Framework
Agreement HCC1811097 - Vehicle Purchase using Lot 1- Passenger Cars
and Lot 2 - Light and Medium Commercial Vehicles up to 12.5T.
A Procurement Officer has been appointed to this project and the
process being followed by Fleet Services has been approved by the
Procurement Team.
Decision:

Alternative options considered:
No other option considered as this is a
compliant route to market. The Framework Agreement is comprehensive
insofar as it has all the leading vehicle manufacturers listed on
this framework, who can submit tenders for our requirements.
