Re-Procurement of Mobile Voice and Data Contract 2023-25

Purpose:

To seek approval to procure and award a contract for the supply of mobile devices and associated voice and data connectivity used across the council estate, including educational establishments via Trading With Schools.

Decision:

That Cabinet:

  1. Approved the re-procurement of a new mobile voice and data contract for a period of 2+1 years (up to a total value of £2.25m), through the use of the CCS Mobile Voice & Data Services Framework Agreement.
  2. Authorised the Director – Policy, Strategy and Digital in consultation with the Deputy Mayor – Finance, Governance, Property and Culture, to take all steps necessary to procure and award the contract.
