Purpose:
To accelerate the provision of housing to meet
the Mayors target of building 2000 homes a year – 800
affordable a year by 2020.
Decision:
To enter into a contract with Perfect Circle
JV Ltd to provide
Multi-disciplinary design and project management services on the
HRA development site Brunel Ford. The site will be brought forward
for residential development. The costs will be met from the HRA New
Build Budget as approved by Cabinet on 22nd January 2019.
Alternative options considered:
Option 1 - An alternative option to procuring
Perfect Circle would be to procure a number of separate work
packages however this would add significant time to the overall
delivery programme.
