To set up the framework contract to carryout
Structural Investigation and repairs to domestic Council Properties
around the city, as part of the 2019/22 structural repair frame
work. These works will be paid for from the Housing Revenue Account
(HRA)

There are no other options as some of the properties are in need of
urgent structural works to ensure structure integrity of the
properties and the works were therefore procured with
