Alternative option would be not to approve the Private Housing Enforcement Policy – Addendum (COVID-19) and therefore not have regard to current government and public health guidance whilst carrying out enforcement action. This would not allow for a pragmatic approach to enforcement during the COVID-19 outbreak under social distancing measures.
