To agree the extension of the Memorandum of Understanding for the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Healthier together Integrated care partnership.

- Agreed the extension to the Memorandum of Understanding, ratified by the Healthier Together Partnership Board on 27 October 2021, until the new Integrated Care Partnership is formally constituted when the Health and Care Act comes in to force.
- Approved the draft amended Memorandum of Understanding at Appendix A which gives effect to the extension.
