Purpose:
Authorisation was given by Cabinet in 2018 and
2019 to the Executive Director to draw down and spend funding to
deliver the sustainable transport improvements and other
infrastructure required to enable housing delivery in Lockleaze.
This contract is for the design and delivery of traffic mitigation
measures for new affordable housing being constructed in Lockleaze.
The appointed contractor will undertake construction works in
relation to this which will commence in July 2022 and is planned to
finish by 31 March 2023.
Decision:
Appointment of ETM, to carry out the
construction works for phase 1 of Muller Road Phase 1.

Option 1 - Not applicable as the
Council’s Highways and Associated Works Framework was
used.
