Purpose:
This provided the quickest and most efficient
route to market to provide responsive repairs services and ensure
Bristol City Council fulfils its statutory duty to provide
repairs.
Decision:
Approval to award a temporary arrangement for
a provider to carry out responsive repairs to Housing owned
properties while a permanent contract is procured. This was to
provide services for responsive repairs to occupied properties due
to the delay in procuring the Responsive Repairs framework and
ensures that Bristol City Council fulfils its statutory duty to
provide repairs.
