Decision:
Enter into relevant grant agreements to accept
and spend £11,393,650 Home Upgrade Grant (HUG2) awarded by
central government to Bristol City Council and its partners.
Alternative options considered:
Option 1 - Not to approve the draw down of the
grant funding would be contrary to the Council’s corporate
strategy - tackling fuel poverty by increasing low-income
household’s energy efficiency rating while reducing their
energy bills and progressing Bristol towards its 2030 net zero
target.
