Purpose:

On 4 September 2018, Cabinet “authorised the Executive Director Growth

Decision:

The £3.3m working capital facility enables Goram Homes Limited to draw down £500,000 per year
(except in the first year, were the limit is higher), as working capital, for up to six years.

Alternative options considered:

The Cabinet approval referred to the source of this funding as being Public Works Loan Board
(PWLB) borrowing. However, following discussion with the s 151 officer, the source of this funding
will now be funded from within BCC, rather than via PWLB.
