- Approved the submission of a Change Request to the West of England Combined Authority for an increase in grant funding of £596,666.
- Authorised the Executive Director Growth and Regeneration, if successful, to take all steps necessary to enter into contract to draw down and spend the external funding including procuring and awarding contracts where necessary.
