Decision:
That Cabinet:
1. Approved the Mead Street Development Brief which will facilitate the delivery of up to 1500 new homes, employment uses, a sustainable active travel route and a new public open space.
2. Noted the update on the Temple Quarter Regeneration Programme funding.
3. Noted the outcome of the consultation at Appendix B.
