To consider a referral from the Overview and Scrutiny Management Board.

Decision:

  1. A commitment to the forward plan being developed along the lines suggested by OSM Board and will also confirm as soon as possible, details of the timeframe in which the medium term financial plan will be available for consideration by scrutiny.
