Licensing Committee
Purpose of committee
This is a statutory committee appointed by Full Council. The Licensing Committee establishes sub-committees to act in a quaisi-judicial capacity to consider and determine relevant applications for premises licences, club premises licences, Personal Licences and Temporary Event Notices under the Licensing Act 2003.
