Issue - decisions

The Executive Director for Growth and Regeneration (in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Transport, the s151 officer, and the Head of Legal Services) has authorised officers to take all steps required to deliver the Park Row, Perry Road, Upper Maudlin Street and Colston Street project (subject to further detailed design work and the award of grant funding from the Department for Transport), including the undertaking of Quality Assurance and Traffic Regulation Order processes and the procuring and awarding of appropriate contracts (as per the indicative estimates below):
