Approval to award a temporary arrangement for a provider to carry out responsive repairs to Housing owned properties while a permanent contract is procured. This was to provide services for responsive repairs to occupied properties due to the delay in procuring the Responsive Repairs framework and ensures that Bristol City Council fulfils its statutory duty to provide repairs.
