Issue - decisions

1) Approved the establishment of a Social Impact Bond by procuring a provider and contracting with them to fund and deliver a service to reduce rough sleeping, all contractual payments will be based on the achievement of outcomes and funded by payments from the DCLG, to the value of £1.125M.

2) Noted the receipt of funding and any grant conditions, and note a delivery programme for all three elements of the Department of Communities and Local Government (DCLG) Homelessness Prevention Funding Programme.
