Currently of the 5 available bars one has been removed and another is showing signs of breaking which is a concern for health. The flooring also needs repair as this is a trip hazard and is unusable. Having one bar missing means the access for use is far less and having an inability to use that bar at that height.

The bars at Brandon Hill park have become a place for people to come and connect with a shared interest of exercise and wellness. We understand the cost involved in renovating the area and the massive benefit to the 100's of people who visit it daily far outweighs any cost. For many people this is their sanctuary and keep their mental health afloat.
