Decision to establish the Adoption West Regional Adoption Agency (“Adoption West”)
Adoption West will be a regional adoption
agency for 6 member Local Authorities and will be run by a Board of
Council Directors. The relevant Local Authorities are Bath
and
b) Have a set of principles on which the future charging mechanisms
would be based
The Members Agreement includes an acknowledgement that a more
complete Business Case will be considered by the Board of Adoption
West on or before 1st July 2019.
