ELENA programme (total value £140m)

 

 

Multiple decisions pertaining to the various delivery strands within the ELENA programme have been through various Cabinets (October 2013, January 2014, July 2014 and October 2014) and scheduled for Cabinets in February 2015 and July 2015. The programme is now delivering and a final completion report is expected to come back to Cabinet in December 2016, after the programme close in June 2016 and the subsequent completion /outcome report being written over summer 2016.
