To note the submission of the Outline Business Case (OBC) for the East Bristol Liveable Neighbourhood Pilotto the West of England Authority (WECA) grant assurance in March 2023 and approve the submission of the OBC to WECA for approval.

 

To seek authority to procure and award necessary contracts to deliver the scheme.
