Transforming Cities Funding
To approve and authorise the submission of a Full Business Case (FBC) to the West of England Combined Authority (WECA) for Transforming Cities Funding (TCF) and the City Regional Sustainable Transport Settlement (CRSTS) funding to replace traffic signals junctions and car park variable messaging signs and, subject to approval, to accept and spend the funding as set out in the Full Business Case.
