Hitachi Managed Services contract renewal

 

 

The council’s online forms relating to waste services use Hitachi’s proprietary software, and there is a need to remain with this supplier so that this online service is available to citizens. Work is being undertaken to consider options for redevelopment of these services on a more cost-effective platform.
