Turnaround Programme
The Turnaround programme is to enable best
practice in early intervention and deliver evidence-based
interventions to prevent children on the cusp of the youth justice
system from going on to (re)offend. The programme has been designed
using an Early Help approach to support a clearly defined cohort of
children who do not meet the threshold for statutory support.
The value of the grant is £68,435 in 22/23; £183,198 in
23/24, £183,098 in 24/25.
The programme provides an opportunity to strengthen our model of
prevention and we will seek to incorporate effective practice from
the model into our business as usual delivery model within the
budget envelope that is available in 2025/26,
