To accept receipt of grant funds via a change request for the Old Market Gap Active Travel project allocated in the Transforming City Funds
The Local Authority does not hold the funds to
pay for these improvement works. The terms of the Grant Offer have
been assessed by officers and it is considered prudent to accept
the terms in order to realise the considerable benefits to
transportation in the City Centre.
