Invite to 1625 Independent People to bid for Affordable Housing Funding Policy (AHFP) Capital Grant Funding

£750,000 of capital funding will secure the delivery of 8-10 new units of high-quality specialist accommodation for young people leaving the homelessness pathway;
•100% of the housing will be Affordable Housing, rented at no more than Local Housing Allowance;
•The Feasibility Study outlines a minimum of 8 units:
o5 x 1-bedroom flats each with bathroom and kitchen facilities
o1 x Studio with bathroom and kitchen facilities
o1 x 2-bedroom flat with bathroom and kitchen facilities
The project has already received firm support from the Mayor, Councillor Tom Renhard and Executive officers at Bristol City Council.
