To seek approval for the proposed 2024/25 Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Budget, 5-year capital plan and planned expenditure.

 

To seek approval to procure and award contracts and apply for and accept grants to deliver the Housing Investment Plan HRA Development Programme for new council homes.
