To seek approval to establish a Power Purchase Agreement to enable Bristol City Council (BCC) to purchase electricity generated by renewable energy systems funded and installed by Bristol City Leap (BCL) and other local renewable energy systems and establish arrangements to enable investments by BCL in energy efficiency measures for BCC sites.
