Issue details

1. To identify improvements to operating principles of all RPS areas to be subsequently proposed by the Service Director Transport as part of a new traffic order for the programme;
2. To enable public engagement to take place in communities that have expressed an interest in permit parking schemes and/or which are likely to be affected by major development e.g. residential areas close to the Arena.
