The role of the Communities Scrutiny Commission is the overview and scrutiny of matters that affect Bristol communities, including housing, citizens’ services, crime and disorder (including the statutory scrutiny function), recycling, waste and environmental issues, parks, libraries, sport and leisure, and neighbourhoods.
