03/05/2022 - Settlement of outstanding claim from Alun Griffith’s Ltd, for metrobus North Fringe Hengrove Package project

To approve settlement payments up to a maximum of £390k, for Bristol City Council’s (BCC) share, in settling the outstanding Alun Griffiths Ltd claim for the North Fringe Hengrove Package project. South Gloucestershire Council (SGC) are the lead authority for the project and have led all contract negotiations.
