To provide an overview of the Temporary Accommodation project, to note plans to achieve the agreed savings targets, and to seek necessary approvals and authorisations for spend.
To review & approve the planning strategy for the accelerated new build programme, and to approve the recommissioning of the Emergency Accommodation Framework.
