Adult Social Care Transformation Programme funding and emerging plans

 

 

To update Cabinet on the progress of the Adult Social Care Transformation Programme in 2022/23 and endorse the approach and objectives for the programme in 2023/24.
To seek approval to procure and award a contract for a Strategic Partner to deliver the programme savings and objectives;
To update Cabinet on the proposed Fair and Affordable Care Policy which will be subject to consultation;
To update Cabinet on the preparations for Care Quality Commission ‘assurance framework’ assessment.
